From the first time we spoke to Adam. He was very accommodating and upfront, approachable. Danny and his assistant were both on time approachable, honest prompt and thorough. They couldn't be more helpful. They put our mind at ease when it came to moving. I would highly recommend using them again. Very impressed
I had, and continue to have, a very poor experience with this company. They stated they dismantel furniture. I told the owner I had 2 beds that needed to be dismantled. When the workers arrived and I told them they stated they didn't have any tools. I found some tools in my car and ended up dismantling the beds mostly myself, apart from 1 bolt I couldn't get out. I requested all my furniture be taken to a storage unit, and whatever didn't fit be taken to my shipping container which is an 8 minute drive from the storage unit.... read more
