To say they provide "good customer service" would be a gross understatement!! I had a quality issue with a part in two turning kits. Unbeknownst to me, the kits were a clearance item, and after checking, they didn't have any replacement parts. They didn't just say sorry for your luck, Jen contacted the manufacturer to see if they had any parts, which unfortunately they did not. Again, wasn't told sorry for your luck have a nice day... Great pricing. Beat other competitors out the door on lower cost of each item by $3 on the product. Shipping was higher than others but still ended up $15 cheaper on a $150 order. Shipping confirmation with hours of my purchase. Excellent job! Even called to leave a voice message of the great service and transaction.
Placed my order on a Friday afternoon. I did not expect shipping until the next week. I had a UPS tracking number within 45 minutes ! Shipped out on Friday. Packaging was nice and strong. Awesome customer service experience! I made an error with my shipment address when purchasing Woodburning attachments. Packard responded quickly and was willing to send me a new attachments to fix the issue. While I was able to retrieve the original package, I was pleased that they were willing to work with me. Will certainly buy woodburning tools from them in the future!
