Great pricing. Beat other competitors out the door on lower cost of each item by $3 on the product. Shipping was higher than others but still ended up $15 cheaper on a $150 order. Shipping confirmation with hours of my purchase. Excellent job! Even called to leave a voice message of the great service and transaction.
Placed my order on a Friday afternoon. I did not expect shipping until the next week. I had a UPS tracking number within 45 minutes ! Shipped out on Friday. Packaging was nice and strong. Awesome customer service experience! I made an error with my shipment address when purchasing Woodburning attachments. Packard responded quickly and was willing to send me a new attachments to fix the issue. While I was able to retrieve the original package, I was pleased that they were willing to work with me. Will certainly buy woodburning tools from them in the future!
