I could not imagine someone more competent or professional than Kristy Pack. Every time we meet with her we are impressed with her depth of knowledge and with how much effort she puts into each client. She does both our personal and our business taxes and we couldn't recommend her enough.
In and out in under 30 minutes. Cheerful staff, very personable. Nice offices. Reasonable cost. One-stop e-filing. Great email notifications and documents delivery. Kennedy is fast, fun, and very knowledgeable.
They messed up my tax return for my business and guess what? We got audited. Right before Christmas, we have to get back to the IRS by next week. My December is already one of the most hard and stressful in my life and now I’ve got to deal with this too. I called and they’re too busy to take my call. They came highly recommended.
