I would definitely recommend doing your taxes here! My wife and I have used this the last couple years and the same gentleman helped us both times. He was super friendly and answered all questions we had quite thoroughly. It only took 30 minutes, if that, and it was done. No headache. Super easy. Would recommend.

Poor quality and no communication for individuals. I used them for the past few years and was comfortable. I actually like them. My husband passed away this year and I have waited weeks to talk to my accountant. I have banks calling for info that I need from my accountant. Well apparently they only set up zoom calls for communication.
