I had a great experience with Pack Plus Converting. Amy Chen was fantastic to work with. Very responsive and concerned that our order would be completed correctly and on time. She was able to have our products completed 2 weeks ahead of schedule! We purchased gusseted bags with printed labels applied. Excellent quality!

I had high hopes for this company after meeting them at a Restaurant Convention, but my experience has been nothing short of disappointing. We provided a specific item number for the bags we wanted (a beautiful, bronze metallic, square-bottom bag) and even requested samples.
