Wonderful Company to partner with on your next move. From the gentleman on the phone (I think Kyle) to the movers BJ and Charlee. I reserved my move a day in before and was able yo get scheduled The gentleman worked fast and efficient all while having great energy. They were very professional and honestly it was a vibe. I will definitely be utilizing this company again for any future moving services and encourage others not to waste time searching, just call and book. Many blessings to all!
If I could give zero stars I would. My mother hired this company to move her and they damaged one of the beds and stripped the connection hose for the washer which was over $400 to repair. This company did not accept responsibility for the damages nor offer even an apology for what they did. My mother called and asked to speak with the owner to handle this matter and the man who answered the phone had a nasty attitude and told her the crew who moved her was off for the day. From our first call with Kyle he gave great customer service! Any questions we had he answered with no problem. The price was reasonable. When the movers Brennan and Lionel arrived they got straight to work! Brennan and Lionel y'all really did a great job moving our stuff in the rain at that! Fast,Safe and Steady! Keep Up The Great Work!
The service was bad, they never showed up, and there was a lack of communication. I recommend not using them.
