I recently hired this moving service and had a very disappointing experience due to unprofessional behavior from the crew. Upon arrival, one of the movers immediately began complaining about having to go up and down stairs. Shortly after, he began speaking in Spanish in a way that felt exclusionary and unprofessional, making it difficult for me to understand what was being said during the service. The boys did good, safety and all but Just be prepared for ridiculously high hidden fees To think that I was about to give them a good review until it was time to make payment and thrn then i was hit with an 89 dollar trip fee out of no where. What if i didnt have the money. These people saved me...i swear....and the price was lower compared to other companies around...600$....580$....300$ minimum and charge per mile......nah...These people got me at 50$ deposit and 250$ after everything done.....Im saving their number....im so grateful.
