I'm writing this review as a warning to others. Pack it movers team, specifically a person named Michael, took a valuable ring from my home during the move. When I confronted them about the missing item, they returned it after I threatened to involve the police. This experience raises serious concerns about the company's integrity and supervision. Absolutely terrible experience. I was quoted one price to move my pool table and ended up being charged double with no explanation. After the move, I called multiple times to schedule a follow-up to have the table leveled, as promised—but never got a single call back. On top of that, one of the workers directly asked my wife for a tip and received $50 via Cash App, which felt extremely unprofessional.
