The worst customer service on MyBusStop app. I’ve sending many emails to admin@mybusstop.ca for a month to try to solve an issue that i have with the app. Filled up forms as well. but no words. You don’t care end uses. Couse your client is CBE. Money from government. Your support is the Worst ever. I can guess your other services are the same operations. You are a just money grabber.
Wouldn’t recommend to work for this company at all.

Dear Whosoever , This is in context your poor management or operational decisions to run a bus company without even planning anything. I was on a bus from Kelowna to Kamloops which was booked at 7:45 , the bust left almost an hour late from its destination . After , barely running for 10 minutes the bust stopped near the kelowna airport and the engine broke down .
