Brea didn't seem to want to help me turn in a POA to legal..I was told many times that there was a location closer to me. I understand that but wanted to use this one. So the next day I went to the closer location in Anaheim. Way worse..so rude. Told an assistant manager Emma that my grandmother had a hard time hearing to which she replied "seems.lile she hears fine to me" when I shook my head and stated that was rude she put her finger up at me ☝️ and said excuse me, apparently to get me to shut up..then asked me to leave. ... read more
