RecommendedAmidst COVID-19, the team at Pacific West Bank has worked tirelessly on our personal and business banking needs. We are so grateful for them, and we are thankful for how simple the transition was from our big-box-bank.
While the customer service at our old bank was good at the branch level, once anything had to involve corporate, they immediately became useless. On a Friday, before I even opened an account with Pacific West, I made a phone call and spoke to a VP who helped me to sort through our dilemma (on a weekend) and to make it all happen by Monday. It doesn't get better than that.
Local bank that cares about its community. Great customer service.
