Jeff has helped me get in as good a condition as possible in prehab before my ACL surgery and helped me gain confidence to return to many activities while I awaited surgery, too. The in-studio and homework programs work in sync with my ortho doc’s goals. Now that I’m in post-surgery rehab, I’m on my journey to recovery. My ortho doc was impressed by my strength just one week after my surgery. So, prehab works! Jeff’s program and encouragement has kept me motivated all along the way.
