Jeff was amazing and I very much appreciate his effort towards my health and personal welfare
Relaxing and positive atmosphere
I came to Pacific Therapy and Wellness for PT because of reoccurring pain & injury from competitive paddling. Jeff was recommended by a fellow paddler. Now I would like to return the favor and recommend Jeff and Pacific Therapy and Wellness. My shoulder and neck pain went from difficult to manageable to hardly noticeable. He gave me the tools to keep managing any pain with the proper exercises and stretches. Thank you Jeff for all your expertise and help!
