Never write reviews, but felt this deserved one. My wife handed a shirt and two keychains to the cashier. The cashier gave a total. My wife handed the cashier money and asked how much the two keychains were (no price tag on them). When the cashier stated that each cost $10.00 my wife explained that she didn't realize they were that much and would like just the shirt. The cashier explained that they do not give refunds. UPDATE: See pic directly from Needoh that confirms this store is selling counterfeit items and is not an authorized retailer, they will be pursuing further action. Selling fake needohs labeled as real. Manager is extremely rude and refused to give a refund for my daughter’s purchase. I understand if they hadn’t had fake WITH the real label. But they have the real label, false advertising.
Love the store all around but they put some stuff buy 1 get two free and it wasn’t!
Very clean store lots of merchandise available for everyone. Owners are super nice.
