My daughter and I wandered in to try to find her a swimsuit. There was a very limited selection of swimsuits in her size (girls 14/16). The reason for my one star review came soon afterward. My daughter and I were up at the register looking at Nee-Doh cubes when she picked up one and indicated that someone opened it. Then, one of the cashiers began to berate her for opening it. They definitely follow you around and hawk eye you everywhere you go. Rude when asked a question and everything was Oak island....it is in Southport. Overpriced everything also. No purchase made, will not be back. Honestly, I usually leave great reviews for places I visit but this place and the Taco Bell across the street were both the worst I have witnessed ever. Do not buy here, hopefully they fail and someone else gets it right.
We went in to shop and were looking at the needohs at the counter. We picked up a cheese squish that was already out of the packaging when the employee standing by the door ran up to us and told us not to touch it and scoffed away. for the rest of the time in the store he stared at us. went to look at clothes in the back only to be followed around like a criminal. We ended up getting needohs which appeared to be real based on the packaging, only to find out they’re fake. super sketch. don’t come unless you want fake overpric... read more
Extremely rude!! They follow you around like you are going to shoplift. You also aren’t allowed to carry the items you want to purchase around with you.
I would never shop this store ever again. I took my family in and when we walked in we were looked down like we were criminals. They didnt say hello..one came out from behind the register immediately and stared at my son and I as we were looking at the kids toys up front.i said we arent going to steal and im watching him closely that he doesn't open anything.
