Absolutely appalling company. My husband and I have been waiting for OVER 5 MONTHS for products we have immediately paid for with no hesitations. We have been constantly chasing up Suresh via email, phone calls and even text messages which have all been ignored. Once we do get a hold of him after many attempts, it’s honestly just the same poor excuses every single time of “we are working on it” and “I’ll get back to you with a timeline” which is clearly nothing but lies. After six months of the wedding of my daughter, have only received the photographs of the event having (after several calls), but still waiting for the video, very unprofessional service, after paying the fees in full upfront and promising several due dates and blaming Covid, holidays and short staff. Would not deal with this company nor this person again.. now not even answering calls nor emails…

Don’t even bother. So unprofessional and a joke that he is honest, professional and has integrity. Don’t believe the hype! Go for word of mouth recommendations.

Our baby's first birthday party was so well captured by Suresh. He was professional, arrived on time and captured every important moment and every one in the party which was amazing. We had our little party mid December and we got the photos delivered in less than 2 weeks. I would definitely hire Pacific smiles for future events.

Wedding was in February and still waiting on photos, called multiple times to only be answered in a generic response of we will keep you posted.
