IVE BEEN A MEMBER FOR SEVERAL YEARS. I AM REALLY HAPPY WITH THE FRIENDLY SERVICE. I FINANCED MY AUTO LOAN WITH PSCU. I ALSO HAVE A VISA CARD AND CHECKING ACCT WITH PSCU.
Aa a customer with PSEA for a few decades by virtue of my mom being a lifer with PG&E (45 years) and later having my own account...I can honestly say PSEA has made it much harder for customers to access their accounts remotely. Even a couple of months ago, I wouldn't need to wait for a callback the next day from a "Branch Specialist" (first time I was told that was just 5 minutes ago on a call to PSEA.) If you don't live in concord then you have very little access to your money outside business hours. $500 ATM withdraw per day doesn't work.
