Aa a customer with PSEA for a few decades by virtue of my mom being a lifer with PG&E (45 years) and later having my own account...I can honestly say PSEA has made it much harder for customers to access their accounts remotely. Even a couple of months ago, I wouldn't need to wait for a callback the next day from a "Branch Specialist" (first time I was told that was just 5 minutes ago on a call to PSEA.) If you don't live in concord then you have very little access to your money outside business hours. $500 ATM withdraw per day doesn't work.
I switched to Pacific Service from Patelco a little over a year ago, after 30 years with Patelco. Since switching over I have gotten sound advice for improving my credit and refinancing my auto loans. Pacific Service looks out for me in ways Patelco never did. I feel PSCU really has my best interest at the center of their operations. I just saved thousands of dollars refinancing my auto loan, and they made the process so easy for me.
