Companies like this are the reason there should be a no star option. Unprofessional lazy and terrible at their jobs.
If I could leave zero stars for this company, I absolutely would. This company not only took five days and $140 of mine and my girlfriends money but when it was all said and done, they denied us for unknown reasons.. We just got approved for the apartment we’re in now 2 months ago no problems at all.Do your research people don’t waste your money don’t apply for the apartments that these guys for it’s an absolute waste of time. And a money making scam !!
I will start this by saying I PASSED and I'm self-employed. But there were multiple hang ups and I hope this company reads this review and responds to it. First of all - they expected me to compile my 3 months of bank statements, a recent paystub, and any other income documentation into ONE PDF ( which required paid software - adobe premium ), and this file needed to be compressed ( 1MB max file size ). This business should be shut down. No returned calls. Someone is trying to find a place to live and these people seem to care less. We left several messages about their poorly designed forms, and never heard back until we got a denied email. Should be 1/2 a star.
We were charged $68 each ($136 total) to apply for a rural 2 bedroom apartment rental in Independence, Oregon. After submitting a full 5-year rental ledger, we were denied because the landlord claimed they “couldn’t reach” our current landlord. Our landlord confirmed they were never contacted. We disputed the charges with Chase Bank, and both fees were refunded in full. No documentation of a screening was provided. This experience felt predatory and dishonest—be cautious if you're considering applying here.
