Companies like this are the reason there should be a no star option. Unprofessional lazy and terrible at their jobs.
If I could leave zero stars for this company, I absolutely would. This company not only took five days and $140 of mine and my girlfriends money but when it was all said and done, they denied us for unknown reasons.. We just got approved for the apartment we’re in now 2 months ago no problems at all.Do your research people don’t waste your money don’t apply for the apartments that these guys for it’s an absolute waste of time. And a money making scam !!
I will start this by saying I PASSED and I'm self-employed. But there were multiple hang ups and I hope this company reads this review and responds to it. First of all - they expected me to compile my 3 months of bank statements, a recent paystub, and any other income documentation into ONE PDF ( which required paid software - adobe premium ), and this file needed to be compressed ( 1MB max file size ).
