This will be long. I was yelled at by one of their staff Sunday, Oct 20 at 4:30pm. I go in just about every week to the deli counter, ordering the same 5 items. I always start with “I’m ordering a few things, all will be 3/4lb, thin cut.” Usually, the workers will write it down, repeat my order, no problem. The guy helping me (non-yeller) had a language barrier, nor was he writing anything down, so I knew it was going to take awhile. Reasonable, low stress store A reasonable and fun independent grocery store. They have a great variety of specialty food items and everyday products that you need. I know they try to keep their costs down as much as possible. Although the wall deli leaves some to be desired, the meat dept is very friendly.
Finally! Sick of driving all the way down to Tustin for Trader Joes? Support your local independent grocers, that's right in Orange County a non chain supermarket still exists! I highly recommend their chocolate covered cherries.
Friendly neighborhood market Pacific Ranch Markets offer unique items, a great bakery and a wonderful meat market. Helpful and courteous employees. And FRESH SQUEEZED ORANGE JUICE to die for.
Wonderful Selection You will find the fresh produce in the area. They also have a wonderful deli, bakery, and the meat department is the very best. If you are looking for a huge selection of wine, this is your place. The staff are very friendly, efficient and helpful. Their meats are awesome.

Lots of variety in cuts and types of meats, fish, and poultry. Sometimes the only place you can find special cuts without ordering in advance. Many choices of nuts and dried fruits as well as fresh fruit and vegetables. Their wine selection is extensive. The employees have always be kind and courteous. Great specialty market.
Awesome – great wine selection, local produce at good prices, good meat selection. Don't come here to buy staples, but the best plzce for produce and meat.
Great store – I have been a customer at this market for about 10 years. I came upon it accidentaly when searching for a different type of market. My inital feelings were great stuff, but yes, not user friendly staff. I decided to take the high road and approach the staff pleasantly then making my need known.
