My elderly 81 year old mother had COVID and was hospitalized, thankfully she was discharged and doing well. As soon as she came home she mailed her portion of her monthly payment and do to that portion she was charge fee. Also she was charge late fee that totaled $175.00. When we called the company of as to why she was late, they only offer an extension to pay but would not waived the late fee.
