When we called to find out what was needed to move a Trust account, we were told what documents to send. We sent them; we went to the bank; they moved the account. What they told us was accurate; they were helpful, friendly, and efficient. I can't recommend them highly enough. Such a contrast from our other experience!
Don’t go here if you’re in a hurry. Customer service staff is good at spending a lot of time with each customer, while the line of customers waiting to do their banking grows.
