This bank sucks, they couldn’t even cash a verified check, very unworkable on giving a portion of check because it was too large- then the rest in a money order, the teller was at least empathetic but the manger was just towing that company line like a robot - 1 star is high for their service
I have been using Pacific Premier Bank for the last 6 years with my company and they have been great! The staff are always friendly, they provide a high level of customer service, and a welcoming environment for clients. I would highly recommend their services!
Not an average banking experience!! I live out of town but came in with a friend who was doing some banking at the Vancouver branch. The staff were all so friendly and it had such a homey atmosphere very different from the cookie cutter banks I only see. If I ever move to Vancouver I will be opening my accounts there.
I was literally running to the bank as fast as I could due to Portland traffic. Not only did they cash my check right when they had closed, they were professional, kind, and helpful! A GIANT thank you the Vancouver, WA branch employees Debbie and Callie!!! You're dolls!
