Not an average banking experience!! I live out of town but came in with a friend who was doing some banking at the Vancouver branch. The staff were all so friendly and it had such a homey atmosphere very different from the cookie cutter banks I only see. If I ever move to Vancouver I will be opening my accounts there.
I was literally running to the bank as fast as I could due to Portland traffic. Not only did they cash my check right when they had closed, they were professional, kind, and helpful! A GIANT thank you the Vancouver, WA branch employees Debbie and Callie!!! You're dolls!
I just started my part-time business and chose PPB for banking services. I want to give Kelli Reynolds a shout out because she has been so great. She has been extremely diligent and available to answer questions when needed.
