This regional central coast bank has been a long standing staple of our community. Friendly, efficient and welcoming staff (and they are dog friendly too). A number of our local family members use this branch. This is so much better than the large brick and mortar national banks, better rates, better services. Keep up the great work Pacific Premier.
Went in to cash a check and received some bad service. The teller was very rude. The owner reached out to me and made me feel that it was a fluke incident. I'm sure they're a reliable business. Thanks for the phone call.

Went in to cash a check . They made me feel like I forged it or something. Called my boos in the back all sneaky and didn't explain anything til he got back to the desk. Oh I'm just verifying. He couldn't even say bye properly
