Friendly, very helpful, best customer service I've experience in quite along time.
Closed my account after over 5 plus years. I wanted to open a savings account but the teller that help me made it seem like it was such a hassle to have someone to help me open a savings account.she kept rolling her eyes and just was very rude. I had never experienced anything like this with any of the tellers. Anyways they have scanned my current ID’s even my passport, and DL real ID one too. We have been at this bank for many years and won't consider going anywhere else. Reason: The bank manager, Valerie Moya-Boice, and an account representative, Brenda Torres, were working on opening an account for us until past 7pm at night. We were on a time crunch and multiple people are involved on the account. That being said, their work-ethic is stellar and we won't be leaving! Thanks ladies!
