Nice staff
Ryan at Pacific Power Batteries in Mountlake Terrace was a huge help. We have always gone to this location and they have been great, but Ryan went the extra mile to help us with Deep Cycle Marine batteries and answered our 100 questions without a blink. He is super nice and totally there for the customer.
I came in with a hard ask, and they got it done!
A couple weeks ago I came in to check my auto battery. A pleasant young man checked at my battery and said it was bad. On a hunch I took my car to Batteries Plus Bulbs, AutoZone, and Les Schwab, who all told me the battery was good. After a full charge, no cost, at AutoZone, my car and battery have been doing fine. I suggest get another opinion if Pacific Power says your battery is bad.
