Bill and the Crew at Pacific Power Batteries in Monroe are a Great group of Guys, Made a Phone call to them for a car battery that is dead, I jumped the car and drove it to them, They Came out in the Rain and Sleet to check the Battery and Dash Lights to see if any other faults were lit. We went inside they looked up the Battery gave me 4 choices of Batteries and the prices installed it. I was on my way. whole process was less than 15 minutes.
RecommendedI just stopped in a couple batteries and was greeted Billy at the Monroe store. What a treat, fast service, great attitude and jokes. Oh, and the batteries... exactly what I needed! He left me with some great advice about how to care for these new gems, too. Five Star service all around.
Just want to give a shout out to Billy and Garrett in Monroe WA - best customer service I've experienced in a long long time. Five star people in my opinion.
Had my RV car battery tested and changed last minute on our Wenatchee camping trip by Billy @ Monroe store. He did a great job.
Marrysville and Everett both suck neither one would do nothing about $150 battery was less than a year old. I took the battery to them they said it was no good you would think they would replace their own junk
