NEVER GO TO THIS PLACE. I WAS INSULTED SO BAD. I am not the one to leave a review for anyone if it’s bad or not. I booked an appointment to get a lymphatic massage & I confirmed with the receptionist 3 times. I was taken to the room. Always a great massage experience when we visit POW. Highly recommended for a complete body relaxation.
I usually visit this massage place with my partner, and we’ve had good experiences in the past. My partner’s massage was fine this time too. However, mine was not up to the mark. In the middle of the session, they switched the masseuse without informing me, and the new girl clearly had no idea what to do next. She didn’t ask about pressure preferences or which areas to focus on — it felt rushed and unprofessional. Really disappointed this time, especially considering how regularly we come here.
