She helped to expedite whatever she could so that we could close quickly as our home needed lots of repairs before we could move in and we had a personal deadline to meet. Horrible! Had to sign three extensions. Provided numerous bank statements explaining every deposit. Even after signing closing documents still received inquiries. Took six months to close and still not done...
