We have used PNW several times. They are friendly, professional and thorough. We highly recommend them.
We had to replace a 6 ft. X 4Ft.8In. double pane window above our front door. This was a heavy panel of glass requiring some strong lifting both to get the old one out and the replacement put in. Blake, Mike and Jeff carefully assessed how to set up their ladders and coordinate their work with each other before starting the removal process. With the new glass installed, they cleaned the window inside and out, then cleaned up the work area. In all, it took them just over an hour. Very slow to repair window Poor workmanship
We had a fantastic experience with PNW Glass and Mirror. They did a great job of replacing 3 large windows in our master bedroom. All of their staff was wonderful to work with. Highly recommended.
