I am a server in Ohio. I did a rush job for them and successfully completed it the same day I received it back in August. Still have not received payment for my services and now no communication. Still as of 12/28 no communication or call back.it is now 3/13/24, I have called and not received a call back and still haven’t been paid. I’m going to pull the paperwork and I will have to contact the client and court I suppose. Owe me for a successful RUCH service and won’t pay or contact me back.

This Company is fraudulent. There process server signed an affidavit saying she served paperwork to a white female co resident. Which as soon as I heard that I knew it was a lie and pulled my vidoes to see. Not 1 white female in my household. I will be seeking legal action.
