Unfortunately, this business cannot be trusted. They refused to refund an online order despite verbally agreeing to do so. Mike called and personally asked me to accept the product. Unfortunately, despite never receiving the item and having paid for the order, I am left without $1,728.95 paid for the item or the item itself. I found Pacific nail from Metabo rep. Have taken several coil nailers in for repair. They were in bad not working condition. They have done a wonderful job of repairing them! There working great. Done at the time promised, reasonable priced. Customer service is great! I really apricate all there help. Would highly recommend them for tool repair. Steve Kirkland

Great Stihl dealer and a good place to fix small tools and equipment. We've used Pacific Nail and Staple for many years now repairing everything from sanders to chainsaws. Never had any issues. Fair prices and good turn around times.
