I bought a package with her and did 6 sessions. I absolutely did not have any long term benefit and at best very minimal short term relief from her treatments. Honestly, most of the time it felt like she just put her hands on me and didn't do anything else. She's very nice and kind but her methods are just not effective enough to justify spending $1250 on them.

Myofascial release has been a welcome therapy for me, and Kristin's knowledge, practice, and overall demeanor is very beneficial. This is not "massage" therapy, which can feel great but isn't always as therapeutic as myofascial release. I appreciate Kristin's attention to my symptoms at each visit, her suggestions of my personal follow-up care, and the healing qualities of the visits.

Kristin Kunzelman has no idea what she’s doing. The treatment was simply not a treatment of any kind. She gently placed her fingers on a few spots on my neck holding there for a long long time. Seriously, as if I had asked my 10yo niece to gently touch my neck. Tried doing treatment on my TMJ and she obviously had no idea how to work with it, although she had previously claimed she did that type of treatment. Just stuck a finger in my mouth and was holding there for very long. It made the pain worse. I had plenty of experien... read more

Ive been coming for a few months now, and no type of bodywork or massage has helped me as much as MFR. Despite getting regular monthly massages for years, I used to have painful knots in my back. After 5 sessions of MFR they are gone. Kristen is great at explaining how it works and going at your pace. She takes the time to learn about what you need from each session and gives you work to do at home after a handful of sessions. Cant recommend highly enough

Kristin is a magnificent therapist. She is so tuned in to the subtle aspects of bodywork and she gracefully invites you in to see and, more importantly, feel this world for yourself. It is quite evident how much she loves what she does by the passion, curiosity and professionalism she shows in the treatment room (which also boasts a wonderful view of the water). I can't recommend her highly enough.
