If your African American don't come here for service unless your in the military we're your stuff is protected literally I've worked here And the manager told me black lives don't matter and fired me is not for us at all just go to mountain movers if you're looking for something they are very friendly people

Move went well until our couch was set up One of the legs was torn off and the structure holding the leg in place was completely destroyed. Multiple places where the leather was scraped. Pacific movers stated that the damage was pre existing and denied my claim. Frustrating

If I could give this company a zero I would!! The packers (minus the head guy) were HORRIBLE! This was our 5th military move and I’ve never felt that our belongings were treated with such disrespect. It was almost like the mentality was “well if it breaks or gets messed up the army will pay for it”. The man who packed our office did not wrap things well (breakables in one sheet of packing paper) or just threw heavier things on top of breakables in the boxes. Absolutely fantastic customer service. Just walk into their office after you have walked into other moving comapny offices and you will notice the difference right away. The move was perfect and it was obvious they don't just let any person work for the team and only hire the best.

I have moved with this company twice. Once down to WA and than once back to AK. They are by far the best movers to and from AK. Not one thing was broken and I had a lot of stuff. In fact, they might have over protected a lot of things and used a little too much paper to protect. I would rather that though than things being broken.
