Extremely rude, literally shouting and swearing on the phone on our very first phone call only because I didn't accepted his services immediately even though as he was heavily pressuring me to do so. I usually do not hit honest workers with reviews that hurt their reputation, but I have to say that this one is deserved (reading through others it seems I wasn't the only one).
