We visited the spa as part of our stay at the resort. While our stay was lovely overall, the spa definitely left something to be desired. To start out with, we booked three services for the same day, but one was accidentally scheduled for the day prior. The booking agent also did not take down our phone number properly, meaning they were not able to contact us when the wrongly scheduled appointment was booked, leading to it being missed. We booked the Healing Caves experience and unfortunately it was incredibly disappointing for the price. In my opinion this would feel appropriately priced around $30 maybe $40 but that would be pushing it. The price definitely did not deliver the experience I would have expected. The first room was only slightly warm and if you actually wanted to feel any heat you had to stand on the seating area. I love this spa. I wish it had better local deals more often.
I just had the best facial of my life with Alicia. Wow. It was 1.5 hours long and included a back massage & mask, 2 face masks and a neck, chest, arm & head massage. I've had countless facials and this tops them ALL! Thank you Alicia!
