This resort and spa during its off season is definitely a 5 star! The front desk staff, to the cleaning staff to the restaurant servers and the pacific mist spa too. I was there with my husband in June and we had an incredible time. It wasn’t too crowded, people knew it was a resort and spa for relaxing and unwinding. We visited the spa as part of our stay at the resort. While our stay was lovely overall, the spa definitely left something to be desired. To start out with, we booked three services for the same day, but one was accidentally scheduled for the day prior. The booking agent also did not take down our phone number properly, meaning they were not able to contact us when the wrongly scheduled appointment was booked, leading to it being missed. We booked the Healing Caves experience and unfortunately it was incredibly disappointing for the price. In my opinion this would feel appropriately priced around $30 maybe $40 but that would be pushing it. The price definitely did not deliver the experience I would have expected. The first room was only slightly warm and if you actually wanted to feel any heat you had to stand on the seating area.
