Tina Youngblood is very unprofessional and made the experience unforgettable and not in a good way. The owner did reach out for service recovery and felt it wasn’t discrimination for being a POC but just bad customer service as their was no follow up after multiple complaints were made to management.
This was my first time closing with Pacific Law Group as an agent, and I was very impressed from start to finish—not just at the closing table, but from the moment we went under contract all the way through. Melanie (the closer) and Courtney were fantastic throughout the process—responsive, organized, and great with communication every step of the way.
