I lost my PW golf headcover and called Pacific Golf Clubs and they were so helpful and are mailing me a new headcover. They are some of the best people I have ever worked with to solve a problem. Thank you so very much James.
Ordered head covers. Shortly after, was advised they had been delivered. However, I didn't have them. I waited about 10 more days and then contacted Pacific to advise of the non receipt. No questions asked. They immediately started to gather info so they could send again. As it turned out, my neighbor had the package. I was so impressed with how quickly Pacific addressed this issue. Excellent customer service. And the head covers were even nicer than I expected. Highly recommend this company.
I ordered a full set of Majek K5 hybrids, 5 thru S/W. I was very skeptical on a set of hybrids for such a low price. I read the reviews of how good they were, so decided on taking a chance since they are guaranteed for 30 days with a full refund if not satisfied. After going to the range to give them a try I got the surprise of my life, all clubs were so easy to hit with great height and accuracy.
