Not an actual business so who cares. Don't have to provide good service because they have no competition.
Power has been out all day and they haven’t even started working on the problem. Every time I call it goes to a machine, and they’ve given zero updates. Hooray for “legal” monopolies.
I wish I could give PG&E zero stars. For the last 9 months, I've been dealing with an ongoing issue related to a meter swap, and PG&E has been utterly unhelpful. This problem has been dragging on for 2.5 years, and despite countless calls, emails, and follow-ups, there's been no resolution. The customer service is abysmal—each time I reach out, I get the same scripted responses with no real action taken. It's clear that they have no interest in resolving the issue. Horrid company who makes profits over people look like a joke. PG&E needs to be done away with. Excessive over billing even though energy costs now are slightly less than what they have historically been. Anyone giving more than 1 star (should be zero) has investments in their stock and are not reliable reviews.
