Not happy with their service which resulted in my loan denial and losing the house which I wanted to buy. Alot of mistakes in paperwork seriously like my name was spelled wrong throughout even after denial (which I pointed many times). Name and address of my employer was also wrong on application. Carlton Sellars and his team provided OUTSTANDING customer service and made getting a mortgage loan as easy as it can possibly get. I began researching companies a long time ago and doing my due diligence in finding the best interest rate, etc, and I found his quoted rate the best in town (and out of town!). I was able to successfully refinance my home, but the lack of attention by the staff was staggering. This company does nothing illegal or unethical, but my experience was anything but pleasant. * Do not expect that anyone in the company will follow up at the time & date they say they will, you must be diligent and babysit them every step of the way. * Very little attention to detail was paid, I continually had to go out of my way to review the documents they submitted to the lender and then ask that they be corrected.
