I had to give one star because all the lenses they use to test my vision, single ones and the ones in the equipment were filthy and cloudy dirty, and some even had enough condensation on multiple of them to affect my exam. I went back here twice within a two day period and another exam room was just the same. Don’t the students learn how to appreciate and learn to clean their equipment? Horrible experience, appointment took 2.5 hours, I was blind for the rest of the day. Never ever ever EVER again. At the 2 hour mark I asked how much longer, and they replied “Do you have somewhere to be?” Hmm let me think, I have a job and children. Yes, I have somewhere to be.. Truly a horrible experience.

Unfortunatley, having going to America's best for all my eye care needs in and out with everything you need quickly. I went here with newly inquired health benifits, so I choose them since they are in network care, and close to home. However, the initial appointment was 2 plus hours long, the students didn't get my prescription right, the glasses weren't made properly.
