This scanning company requested records for a patient in Feb of this year. I faxed them. Awhile later they faxed me again, telling me they didn't get them. I faxed them again. I swear, they still didn't get them. Then they called me. I told them the history and told them this is the last time i fax them i also included fax logs of the last two times i faxed them and told them to stop harassing me. And guess what?
