This bank couldnt suck anymore. Auto loan threw them and after leaving messages for 2 weeks still havent recieved a phone call back after leaving multiple messages. And they make it nearly impossible to make a payment unless you go in. $15 fee for making a payment over the phone or online. We dont live inside Klamath Falls so this makes it hard. Completly stupid bank. The worst ive ever delt with. Selling the car to get away from that bank. Will never do buisiness with them ever again!!!!!!!!!!!!
they suck. why? because they couldnt even finish a home loan in under 3 months. seller gave up and cancelled the sale. they had the right under our contract. will be cancelling my accounts with them.
