I just spent many hours this afternoon, dealing with a friend who was determined not to stay there even though it was the best care he could get. All of the staff I dealt with remained professional through an experience which could not have been easy for them. His blood pressure rose and it was determined that he would be sent back to the hospital. Bravo to the staff who handled him with care and concern.
No concern for my comfort. Roommates oxygen machine makes it impossible to sleep. Whoopee for earplugs! The food is horrible. They must be robbing Medicare. I'm stuck over holiday weekend. Can't get discharged. When the doc was here, his visit was gratuitous. I hope one day he gets to be a patient and finds out. Kudos to the nurses. They're doing the best they can. PT and OT are a joke. Set on pedaling machine and left alone. Let's see if mgmt reads reviews and comes to see me.
Disappointing. Food was terrible, nursing staff was minimal - although there were a few who showed a caring attitude (Emma). I was woken up at 4:30 am to take a pill. 5:00, another pill. 5:45, do i needore water? To sum it up, woken up 5 times between 4:30 am and 6:00 am. Physical therapy (broken ribs) was to ride a stationary bike for 10 minutes then walk around the facility - no mask required. Not a pleasant stay by any means.
My grandfather ended up here. They took decent care of him and staff was mostly nice, but the worst part is my grandfathers watch was stolen after buying it for him right before he died, and the financial office wanted us to pay up-front for medical cost before medical. Terrible experience, and lesson learned.
We are so pleased with this home. Everyone's very nice, cheery and helpful. What an awesome Crew they have!!! It's nice to know that my father is being well token care of compared to the last facility he was in. Thank you for such a nice experience and for taking care of everyone..
