Mark is a great lender! I’m a first time homebuyer with a million questions and Mark had answers to every single one. He truly loves what he does, is very knowledgeable about the process, and transparent as to what to expect next. I’ve heard some lenders are challenging to get ahold of, but not Mark! He responds almost immediately, regardless of what time of the day it is. He will definitely go above and beyond to make your home buying experience painless, mind you, it is a lot of work!

I worked with Mark O'Toole for my home purchase and refinance. My situation was complicated and Mark was fantastic. We refinanced our home with Mark O'Toole. He was absolutely amazing throughout the whole process! Kept in contact with us and lead us through every step. He was even able to get us a whole percentage lower than what was promised in the beginning. Because of Mark we are saving over $500 a month on our mortgage. We can't thank him enough! I highly recommend Mark, he is a hard worker and will get you what you need!
