Following our recent hailstorm as a resident of outer Brisy (QLD) I felt it timely to relay an experience involving Pacific Claims who came to access my property mid-August 2025 following damage we sustained to our apartment from Cyclone Alfred. Excellent . I had a complicated experience with my claim and I dealt with Ben Boshier who was simply amazing at his job, genuine and very down to earth. Highly recommended. Ben walked me through the process and was there every step of the way. It was very traumatic and Ben went above and beyond.
