So far so good. Easy to set up a new account. Called and asked them to shut it off for a repair and they were out quick. Their site from a mobile needs improvement as does their online pay setup. Maybe i haven't figured it out. After 40 minutes of trying to set up my account and then putting in a debit card number to pay and getting error after error i just wrote a check. Will try again next month. Nice people though, quick and knowledgeable.
