Absolutely disgusting place, people openly smoking meth in front of the station, camping, dirt and filth everywhere. The walk from here to the skytrain station is not for the faint of heart. Also huge delays in train service due to cargo trains having priority, sometimes your train can't leave the station for an hour or two
Older train station. It has not really changed in the decades I have traveled to/from Vancouver. Efficient staff who quickly changes facility to meet requirements for Canadian VIA and Amtrak trains. Bathrooms are frequented by area's unhoused and not cleaned that often. Food, gifts, and coffee available inside station.
