Trash cheap products and if you have an issue you have to wait and entire season for your parts to come from china. Stay away from this crap. Spend a few more and get better.
My experience with the curved Pacific Casual set was exactly the same as that for Ralph T. But Four years in. I got the exact same response from the company when I made a complaint.
I bought a 7 piece patio set for $2k 3 years ago, the plastic resin on the top of the 2 curved parts that make up the settee have completely unraveled so now it looks like the set is 10 years old and belongs in a trailer park as disused junk. The Sunbrella cushions on the other hand look absolutely great still. Contacting the manufacturer resulted in an explanation that this set is discontinued and that the warranty is only for 1 year anyway. I can't recommend enough that you steer well clear of this brand.
Purchased a 13x10 gazebo, and it cam with 4 poled missing , they ailed me back saying theybwould be $10 each and $30.68 to ship, so basically $70.68 for thiwr screw up, tha gazebo costs $230 ,lol f-ing joke
