Fast check in & shuttle to/from airport is around 15 mins or so since they do make several pickups. I will definitely be a return customer.
Excellent service. Staff was courteous, friendly and helpful. Very reasonable rate compared to other rental companies. Easy to deal with and no surprises. Instructions on how to get the shuttle service was clear and simple. Had to wait for 15-20 minutes for the shuttle. But it’s a free ride, so no complaints. Highly recommended. Glad that I was able to support a local company.

Great experience! Awesome customer service from when we landed in Vancouver all the way to when we returned our rental. Simon was great and had our upgraded rental ready for us upon arrival and everything was very easy. Vehicle was immaculate and couldn’t have been a better ride. Highly recommend this place and will DEFINITELY use again when travelling to Vancouver.
