My experience was great! Reading some negative reviews online on U-Save rental, I was a little unsure of what would happen to my van rental in Vancouver, Canada. But the whole process was very pleasant. The customer service was extremely polite and responsive. Juan was the guy I spoke on the phone. Second time booked with U save. Great price for my 3 day-rental of this SUV! Much cheaper than renting from the airport counters. Smooth pick up process, and I like that they provide free hotel shuttle to YVR.
Check in check out was pretty smooth. Car was 2025 model. Shuttle service is convenient. Would recommend
