Very easy to book through Expedia. Both customer service agents were awesome, No upselling, clean car, price was extremely good. 5 day rental. Shuttle to/from airport was on time. Highly recommend.

This was a great place to rent a car! They had great pricing and excellent customer service. As I was at baggage claim figuring out how to get to them, they were calling me to tell me where to catch the shuttle. It's an easy shuttle ride to the pick-up area and we were provided a brand-new car. I would definitely use them again.
I was extremely impressed with U-Save. We had to do a quick trip out west for a Funeral. I booked the car. Simon was EXTREMELY AMAZING and helpful. I booked the Ferry too early. He explained everything to me. I changed the Ferry and it worked out. I received updated emails. As we were Waiting at the airport for the shuttle he called to make sure we arrived and that everything was good. We dropped off the car the next morning a young man was there ( not sure his name) but very nice and kind. I would 100% recommend U Save
