Great customer service and very friendly reps. The vehicle was clean and ready for us when we arrived at the office. Will surely rent from U-Save again
First time renting from them. Was helped by Juan during pick up and drop off was quick and smooth. There’s a shuttle for the Hilton hotel from the airport which is very convenient.

My trip was cancelled due to Air Canada strike, which was totally beyond my control and they refused to give even a partial refund. So I had to pay full price for a car that I didn't even rent. That was very unfair and disappointing.
