The car was clean and affordable. But the shuttle to/from the airport only comes once every half an hour, there is no clear signage or instruction on how to return the car, the office was randomly locked on a Monday at 1:30, and the employee barely spoke English, his accent was extremely hard to interpret. Would have spent the extra money and picked another company.
I visited from Australia and struggled to find a car rental company in Vancouver that would accept my travel debit card (wise). The pacific car rental team were super accommodating and hiring a vehicle from them was simple and easy. I would recommend them for sure!!

100% recommended for car rentals, they have pretty good options to choose from. The service of the guy named Oswim was awsome.
