Not a great experience with pick up or drop off. My husband and I tried calling the business several times when we were at the airport and the calls went to voicemail. I had to get an Uber for 6 people to the business and the door was locked. I rang the doorbell and nobody came to the door. I began to fear no one was there. The car was very good as was the price but I was not aware that if you drop the car off after hours you need to make sure you have access to uber to get a ride to the airport. This should be made clear when you make the reservation since if you don’t have a phone with access to the internet you could have an issue. It was not mentioned in any of the emails I received even though I indicated my drop off time was 10pm
Friendly staff and reliable vehicles! Kind enough to give us a shuttle to the airport.
Great experience with U-Save, easy online rental and very courteous service with Mani. Seeing the huge lineups at the airport rentals, I was happy we chose this offsite car rental less than 10 min away, they pick you up from the airport and drop you off. Very convenient.
