Great service!!! They delivered the car at the car dealer where our jeep was getting repaired. The driver was very knowledgeable and efficient. The return was as efficient handled by a very handsome and muscled man who was really friendly. Future Mr. Universe? lol
I had a terrible experience with Jaswinder Singh at U-Save Car Rentals. Just ONE day before my trip, I received a call from him asking me to cancel my confirmed reservation because they "suddenly" had no cars available. This was incredibly inconvenient, unprofessional, and showed a complete lack of regard for customer commitments.
